EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS

You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. We offer a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes. Please note the following exchange terms:

1. Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. You cannot exchange for a different design within the same category or another product from our website/app.
2. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to provide gift wrapping for exchanged items.
3. Once we receive your exchange request, a courier partner will pick up the product from your address within 2 business days. After the item is collected, the full amount will be refunded to your Zvezda account within 48 hours. Please ensure the product and tags are intact for the exchange to be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Charge applicable for both Return & Exchanges.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Zvezda account.
2. Go to ‘Orders’ and click the exchange button next to the product you want to return.
3. Select the reason for exchange from the dropdown and choose your desired replacement size (subject to stock availability).
4. Choose the return mode as Reverse Pickup or Self-Ship.
5. If your pin code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you will be prompted to change the address or select the Self-Ship option.
6. Check the acknowledgment box and submit your exchange request.

Your replacement order will be shipped once the original product is successfully collected, and tracking details will be shared. For non-serviceable pin codes, you may self-ship the product to us. Upon receipt, we will ship the replacement without additional shipping costs.
