Return Policy

At Zvezda, we offer a 10-day return policy for eligible products. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

• Orders can be returned, once delivered.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.
• Once the return product is delivered, refunds for prepaid & cod orders will be initiated within 3 working days to the original payment method.
• In case of receiving the wrong product or a missing item, please provide an unboxing video for verification.
• Do not hand over the product without a valid pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
• Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered.
• If you haven't received the product, do not share the OTP with the carrier.
  
• Return Charges Applicaple for all Customer returns & Prepaid RTO's
